Competitive pricing, easy to book. Only negative I would say, you can't divvy up paying, has to be on one card.

Very easy to use

We went to Lapland at the start of December. Flew from Dublin to Rovenimi and stayed in the SKY hotel. It was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in and were greeted by our elves Misty and Pixie. It was non stop for 2 nights 3 days. My 5 year old loved every second. The elves kept us entertained throughout. On the 3 hr flight, every bus ride we played games and they were always playing with the kids or happy chatting to the parents. Our Elf in Lapland was Rudolf and he was amazing. So patient with the kids, always happy to play. The elves really immerse themselves in the role and seem to love it just as much as the kids. All the elves were fantastic and work tirelessly to ensure an amazing experience. Amzing energy! The hotel, excursions and Santa's visit were all first class. The hotel was small but lovely and we didnt spend a lot of time there. The sauna in our room was amazing. There was so much crammed into our three days. We feel like we really got to see everything. We have wonderful memories from Lapland and we highly recommend traveling with Sunway.

I dealt with Lisa and she was professional and helpful I have received a couple of emails since I booked my holiday. One asking about holiday insurance and I had told Lisa I had my own insurance.

The website is great and so easy to book a holiday. This is the first time to book online with Sunway. Love the choice and how easy it is to build a holiday to suit individual needs.

Amazing trip to lapland from start to finish. Eileen and the elves were amazing. Couldn't do enough for everyone and all the children loved it, as did the adults. Stayed in sokos hotel in Levi. Would highly recommend this trip if you can afford to go. And we got engaged there to.
