Purchase experience

I had an overall good experience in the purchasing of a machine. The reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the credit card transaction. Because of my bank card being compromised repeatedly I chose to use a reloadable Visa card from Green Dot, That way I only put the amount on the card for the purchase I am making at the time and no one can take $ out of my account because there is none there to steal. I don’t know why but your bank will not except this type of payment and I became a very timely and aggravating experience. Please look into this it will make purchasing much easier in the future.

Fake company, do not order

I made an order on the morning of Wednesday the 11th of October. It is now the 23rd of October and my order hasn't shipped. I called on the 19th and was told it should only take 3 business days for an order to clear the warehouse and ship out. It has now been 9 business days with no forward movement. Update 10/25: After writing this review, I received an automated reply from ToolLots stating "an email update will be sent to you in 24hours regarding the order/shipping update." It has been 48 hours and no reply. I called again, and now I'm being told the item is out of stock, but it was in stock when ordered. It has been two weeks since I placed my order and have received ZERO communication that wasn't initiated by me. I have asked for a refund and am more than willing to update this again if the refund doesn't go through. Good luck Update 10/26: yet another automated response email regarding my refund. It has been scheduled for 12/7/23. Apparently it will take 32 business days to process a refund. This "company" is a joke.

Taking 2 weeks to refund money is…

First they told me that my refund was going to be 8 weeks out. Only after calling them would they immediately send me an email with a revised refund time of 2.5 weeks. This all stemmed from them selling me an item that was listed “in stock” only for them to tell me that they don’t know when / if the item will be back in stock. Taking 2 weeks to refund $3000 is absurd. PayPal has already started a claim against you guys.
