Had to carefully take the door off to straighten the hinge because the door would open only enough to get my hand in to disassemble it, otherwise will do the job perfectly. Probably a shipping issue nonetheless a bit irritable.

I spoke with a phone support representative by the name "Lovely." She was extremely patient and provided excellent support to me. The product I wanted was out of stock, but she is contacting the manufacturer to enquire when it will be available or back in stock. She is very patient and kind!
