This was my first order from Toolots but I couldn't be happier so far! Very quick shipment and I really needed the items to be here quickly, really helped with our project. I will put this company at the top of my list going forward for sure.

My order was lost by Fedex or…

My order was lost by Fedex or something, not Toolots fault but they have done nothing to fix the problem. I emailed but no response, I had to call and the lady on the phone didn't seem too happy to help. Wanted me to call Fedex and get it handled, not how Fedex works, shipper has to call. Still waiting on a response to get my stuff.

Worst experience ever. Don't recommend

Broken, Destroyed items attempted to be delivered. Worse customer service. 3 weeks to find return item. Little to no communication. 1 month for replacement items. No refund offered.

SCAM OPERATION

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered a bandsaw in May from the Bolton Tools website. They required pre payment before they would ship so we sent them the purchase order. After about a week we still had not received and OA or shipping information and attempted to contact the sales rep directly and he did not respond to emails or return phone calls despite leaving countless voicemails. We attempted calling the customer service number on the Toolots website and never managed to get through. Eventually, I started calling the number listed on the Bolton Tools website that I originally called for the quote and was told that the order was never transferred from one of their computer systems to the other so the warehouse couldn't pick the lot. I called several times over the course of about two weeks to attempt to get updates and have this issue resolved and it was never resolved. On 6/19 I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. They cancelled the order and told me that a refund would be issued on 7/25. It is now 9/13 and the refund still hasn't been issued. I have contacted customer service several times and they have attempted to escalate the issue several times and their accounting team doesn't even respond to them. This is scam business that will take you money, not deliver the product and not issue refunds after order cancellation. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
