Hard to get a hold of customer service

After receiving my leaf blower, I found a broken piece inside the box. Toolots made the return easy and I had a new one within a week of returning the broken item. I can't wait to fire it up and try it out!

After 9 days, I am still waiting for my order to ship. I've called twice and was told "it will ship very soon". This is unacceptable unless there is a specific reason for the delay.

This may not be related directly to your business but the instructions on the tool I purchased are terrible. They are vague and lack vital information.

We purchased a Cutting Bandsaw in August. Came damaged we asked for the item to be replaced. We are still waiting for the BOL and return label to be sent to us. Called almost everyday and supervise Fab was suppose to return my call never heard from him. After almost a month past we are still waiting to return the product and get our money back.

I got what i was looking for at a fair price. There are still things i want to buy,toolots has a large inventory of products.

Responsive to order with updates and shipping information. Product arrived as expected and in good condition.
