Your website does not advise the buyer that the hobby mill/lathe combo equipment comes fully assembled at a weight of 687 lbs and will require a forklift to maneuver. It also doesn't define adequate lifting points if you do not have a forklift. I had to muster up 3 friends and an engine hoist to move the unit into the garage. Your customer service was useless and simply blamed me for not knowing how the unit is shipped. Basically told me that it's mine now, figure it out. I will never purchase another expensive piece of equipment from tool lots ever again. Your customer service sucks.

I called and asked a question about a Toolots product before I bought. The call center rep promised to get a product manager to email me back. No such email came. Then, after I received the item damaged, I emailed back asking to send it back. No reply.

Sold me an item thats out of stock, then took 5 days to let me know its out of stock and won't be delivered anytime soon.

I finished my order and paid by charge card. Two days later I received a message that Toolots made a mistake and wanted an additional $200 for freight.

The shipping cost is horrible. It’s outrageous!!!!! A $7.00 item cost $23 to ship 600 miles. The same item for 50 of them 27 lbs. total weight costs $894. How is this possible? These items are not big by any stretch. They are stepless ear clamps!!! It’s ridiculous.

The boxes need to be assembled better because the railings were broke during shipping, I like material is strong.
