We were supposed to receive a credit for the product instead of a replacement. We received a replacement and not credit. We do not want the replacement and have contacted Marian several times on this matter and it still have not been resolved.

Very poor communication. Waited all day for delivery that was supposed to be between 11am and 4 pm. Had a forklift ready. They wasted a day of My time with no curtisy call. Do not buy from this company unless you want headaches.

The salesman gave me a discount on top of the sale price for being a return customer and you had free shipping. I bought a tiller earlier this summer and it went great. The tiller is built really strong like I hope this hoist is.
