The person on the phone was very nice and enthousiast. The only thing was that the person on the phone was pretty quick with talking so that may be hard to follow.

Terrible customer service, the guy pressured me into giving card details and wanted me to pull over on the spot about 5 times after saying I couldnt as there was no hard shoulder. I wasnt told about any additional costs after paying the intial 1000 euro for my application and the guy just casually mentioned i needed to pay another 3500 for my visa. Terrible service, and I would like a refund on the 350 euro I was pressured into paying on the phone on the spot.
