hello, I dealt with Lisa baker, she was overseeing my case and she was incredible, timely responses, follow up emails to check and keep the progress on my own end on track. She is a legend! at first I was hesitant going with UIS Canada but that diminished very quickly working with Lisa. She was very clear, efficient and patient with me and all of the subsequent questions I had, just a joy to work with. Couldn't be more happy with my service experience with UIS and Lisa, the first round of people that you get through too at UIS are the sales team and they are a bit pushy but when you get your own agent they just everything so seamless! she's the best
