If I have a problem or something I don't understand, they do their best to help me. In the beginning I have a few trust issues because they didn't answer me for a few weeks, but then they replied to me and everything was fine. If they want something from me, they call me or write to me and the other things just worked.

Au bout de 1ans d'attente j'ai finalement reçu mon Visa. Je remercie toute l'équipe de UIS Canada et plus particulièrement Madame Guyot et Monsieur Melin avec qui j'ai été en contact direct. Ils ont su m'accompagner tout au long du processus de par leur expertise en étant à la fois très aimable et disponible. Estaba pensando de empezar una nueva experiencia en Canadá y me puse en contacto con ellos...muy bien,me explicaron todo y tienen mucha paciencia aunque no hablo perfecto inglés.....al final he decidido que no era el momento del cambio pero hasta el último momento me dieron todas las posibilidades disponibles... agradezco el tiempo que me dedicaron y seguramente se quero ir a Canadá por trabajo vuelvo a hablar con ellos

Great response time, and coordinators receptive to questions

He was great at explaining what process I needed to take, even though what I was asking didn’t correlate to immigrating to Canada. He was super helpful in explaining different avenues I could take to complete the process.
