Very easy to use and set up. Customer service reps were friendly and knowledgeable. Connection to overseas location was clear. Cost of the calls was very reasonable. What's not to like?

The voice is good but the only problem that I have encountered is that I mostly don't see the ringing tone when I call. It is just silent even tho it is ringing their . I have used this app to call 6 times before I review , and only one time that i have heard the ring tone but the rest no ring tone for me but the recipient and they will pick it up . The downside is that I don't know if I have to hang up or wait cus I don't know whether it rings or not at the other end , even tho sometimes they happen to pick it up.

VIP communication is best and easy way to talk to people or family member around the world I love it.

Wish the mobile app can modify how the contacts display so that any local numbers can be viewed/maintained separately from my regular iphone contact list. Plus, there is no search within contact list to make this pretty useless.
