Very disappointing customer service at all.

Joining your international calling service was the worst mistake I made. I have been using different calling plans, never had this kind experience. Your plan sucks. Who would have thought using your app will call from my phone provider network and ended up paying unexpected bill. Thanks Got I got to know from the start.

I am currently in the US and my mobile plan cannot allow me to make direct calls to my country Kenya because if I am to enroll in a plan that would enable international calls, then i will pay more. I have been using VIP Communications and it is very cheap, and convenient. Choose VIP,save more!!!
