When I make a call and the person doesn't answer you still charge me

It doesn't work at all for me. I can't hear the person I'm calling at all, and they can't hear me at all. It's a complete rip off for me.

when ever you want to make a call to a new country you have to always call customer service for that reason i am giving the service only two star. if you have a place to call you don't want to get permission first to make a call.

Generally good service. The app doesn't work though. On occasions calls seem not to have gone through yet there seem to be deduction of credit.

You are a great agency in terms of cheap tickets & last minute deals but I don’t like your communication. You need to improve on the way you communicate with customers. As it stands now, communication is very poor. Some of your staff do not handle customers with courtesy.

I like VIP communication especially sound system.

Poor connection and they take your money without call connected
