Am New with VIP but the connection is very slow compared to Rebtel and Cent Mobile. Just my opinion. Thanks Update: VIP has the best customer service support. They reviewed my concerns and did an adjustment to the way I make calls. The connection is much better so I changed my review from 3-4. Thanks for your prompt response in resolving my issues.

They are very honest and helpful. The Reps are very patient and knowledgeable, also polite. I'm glad that you can talk to a real person, and not a machine.

Frankly speaking VIP. Is reliable but occasionally connecting lines get engaged .need to sort it out .

My honest experience with VIP are ; 1. VIP can not allow regular text message to international countries as other service providers do. As a viable customers we find it difficult to communicate internationally other than regular calls. 2. Almost all the calls we make internationally are been interrupted by the local network providers , our phone numbers do not appear to our recipients, instead they normally see lacal phone numbers which put them in doubt and there are always poor receptions . some times, we have to call more than twice to get a clear line at the expense of our credit .

Bad Customers service. Inexperienced

If it does not connect it does not consume! No drop calls.

Great service but needs to make more promotional codes available and bonuses to help with cost of calling
