Price was very good for international calls. But when i called a Philippine number, the other party cannot hear me. I wasted several minutes with 'Hello hello'. I had to call VIP for them to resolve the issue. It was ultimately resolved same day. But the following day, the other party says the sound was choppy when I called same number.

I had £11.10 in my account and when it was switch over to US dollars it was just $11.10 . The exchange rates are not the same please check. Thanks
