I can get calling card at any time of the day and night with VIP, to me its a reduced worried of thinking how to get calling card in the middle of the night in the event of any emegency home.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed in this phone service. My family members use this service to make international calls so I thought that I should try it out. Long story short, I registered online, followed the screen prompts which told me to download the smart phone application. That's when the nightmare started. Not once on the prompts did it tell me to do anything else except to download the app and get started making calls right through my cell phone!!!! I did just that and was charged $200 on my personal cell phone bill EVEN though I dialed through the VIP phone application!!! I told one useless superviser at VIP, and all he could offer me was a useless apology and a refund of my original money I payed for the service!! He didn't even offer to help me reinstall ithe cell phone app, & figure out why the phone application was not working... or why I was charged to my own personal phone service and NOT their mobile phone application!!!! I had to end up paying $200 for a long distance phone call I thought I was having through this VIP service I just installed and payed for online. I have convinced my family members to stop using them....& to use another srevice. I still plan on contacting them and telling them to fix their srevice so this type of expensive call does not happen to another victim again!!!!!!!!!

i love the fact that you don't need an access code to dial out,VIP provides you with a local number.

Quality was amazing in the beginning and it started to get poor as weeks went by. Great customer service!

What I like about vip you can use ur credit and save it at the same time so if you use calling card is nothing to save for tomorrow or other day so I and my family love vip
