Three weeks and still waiting for my glasses
Over 3 weeks and glasses still not received. Have phoned and chased a few times and today been advised that the first lenses did not pass quality control so waiting for new lenses and also glasses are coming from Australia!! Because they state "No Quibble Returns" I asked to cancel the order but was advised there would be a charge for the lenses!!

Avoid this outfit completely! They are a disgrace. Had to pursue them for my glasses. Told lies and varying accounts from ‘Mike’ and others as to where my items were. Glasses were eventually sent out WITHOUT CASES OR CLEANING CLOTHS, allegedly as they were out of stock. Yeah, really. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THE WORST!
Shocking customer support
If only I had read these reviews before making an order. Absolutely inept company. When they wanted an extra £16 (something to do with the lenses) the email communication was instant. Now I want to cancel the order because the said i need to wait ANOTHER 7/8 days, NOTHING. I'm being totally ignored. Ive now had to source some new glasses from another company because im desperate for them. I'm just thankful I dont run my business like this. If they read this, my order number is PG196826

Terrible customer service
Ordered glasses well over a week ago with no order updates, despite it stating 72 hour dispatch and I have a very simple low prescription. I have emailed support and a few days later have not received a response. I tried calling but no answer. Online chat says they'll transfer me to someone that cam help but nothing yet. I wouldn't mind waiting for my new glasses, however to have no communication about the wait and then no response from customer services is terrible. I will not be using this company again Update I finally got through to someone on the phone who wasn't able to tell me much apart from it can take longer for some glasses to be dispatched as they're from an overseas supplier. I then received a reply to my various emails stating that my glasses would be dispatched later that week or early the next. It is now midweek and they are still showing as processing and yet again I'm unable to get any responses from customer services. I'm so frustrated as I need new glasses and I'm now stuck having paid for an order I haven't received almost a month after ordering them. The lack of customer service has made this so much worse too

Had to return first pair of glasses as they were too large, it was hassle free and a gentleman called Joy lived up to his name by keeping in touch and being very helpful throughout the process.

This is the second time I’ve purchased my glasses from PerfectGlasses and I can honestly say start to finish it was easy to choose my glasses and lenses at a great price, i even bought my father’s varfocal transition glasses and they arrived very quickly and dads thrilled. highly recommended indeed
Overall Very Good
I ordered on 30th Mar and the specs were delivered on 1st May. Thankfully I had ordered another pair (from another company) so I could actually see. The specs are very good. Clear vision, quality frame and excellent price. Website does indicate that 'it may take up to 28 working days for some prescriptions' and it would have been helpful to communicate to me that my order would take longer. I thought I would fall into the delivery category 'within 5 working days of receiving the order' because my prescription was standard. If the frames were ordered from the 'overseas labs' it would have been preferable for me to know this ahead of time as it would have saved emails of enquiry. Expectation and clearly communicated information can be comforting and reduces stress and frustration. If your order happens fall into the same category as mine and you don't mind the wait, well worth it.
The worst experience ever
If I could give them zero I would. I ordered my glasses I know they would take longer because of the higher prescription… thats said I got a call the day after ordering demanding more money £40 for some bogus reason… they sent me an invoice, a week later heard nothing 10 days after ordering I receive a phone call saying the frame I chose had broken and they had no other one so I needed to pick a new frame, picked a new frame and sent it to them. Got an email saying the lab were deciding if I could have that frame… this was 4 days ago my glasses still have not been done they are still processing I have emailed daily since the 10th asking for a full refund now as they cost me £155…. I am now being ignored. They are not responding at all, I have contacted my credit card and hope to be able to get my money back that way I shouldn’t have to it’s just poor customer service perfect glasses I’m so angry at how your treating me….i want my money back. I will never use this company again ever.

I have been delighted with the glasses I ordered. The frames are sturdy but at the same time stylish and the coated lenses provide excellent vision. I have also been impressed by the company’s customer service as any enquiry was responded to promptly. Highly recommended.
