Good quality prescription glasses at a great price - I can afford to have several identical pairs rather than a single very expensive pair which suits me just fine as I have a tendency to drop/lose/sit on mine. I found a style which I like but even then there are models with small variations to choose from, which I appreciate. It's not a huge downside but I get regular emails advertising a half price sale but on the website there's always a half price sale so that's rather unnecessary and I think it cheapens the perception of the brand.

Quality service at great prices

Glasses were as described and the turn around was pretty quick! Quality isn't too bad. In fact I was so impressed I ordered some in a different style too!

Apart from the glasses being perfect (over half price I would have paid with opticians) the service was exceptional. I've already bought reading sunglasses from this company but needed varifocal as my specs broke. I uploaded my prescription, they sent the chosen specs in the post immediately for a photo to be taken wearing them. I sent the specs back the same day in the sae they provided and received the finished glasses a week later. Highly recommended.

Completely useless. Website says 72 hour dispatch and FAST DELIVERY. I was waiting 2 weeks then got in touch with them and they told me they might be dispatched in another 4 to 5 working days and being shipped from the other side of the world. I then looked for reviews and saw other people were waiting weeks or months so I cancelled my order and wrote a review. They immediately called me offering free glasses if I removed the review. I told them to keep them and suggested they put clear postage times on their website.

Absolutely appalling customer service, its now been 6 weeks from ordering and STILL no glasses! No communication from them either. I had to ring them to which they said they would sort this out and either ring me or email me but they never did either! I will NEVER buy from this company again and I want a refund.
