My glasses never arrived which could have been a courier issue not a PG issue. Upon finding out my glasses didn’t arrive via my original trustpilot review I was called by CS and given a swift refund.

I don't like to give bad reviews but I'm going to make an exception with this company to warn you all. I ordered glasses on 13 March 2023. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received them. The only reason I believe that they are not totally a scam company is that they actually did send me a pair of glasses after about 3 weeks - quite a long wait in itself. Unfortunately, although one of the lenses was correct, the other was coke bottle thickness. I sent it back, corresponded with them endlessly (they never actually admitted they had got my prescription wrong although they had) and here we are 3 months later and still no glasses. They have recently refunded my initial charge but I am still out of pocket for the return postage. They also said they would send me the glasses to compensate me. I am most definitely not holding my breath on that one. Here's a copy of my last email to them: "Hi I have not received the glasses and it is now the end of the week. I struggle to imagine how your company is still in business. How is it possible to receive an order for your primary product and reason for existence (glasses) and still have not have delivered that ordered product (glasses) 3 months later? Is this some kind of a joke? What is the reason? Was it your first order with 2 lenses?" Please do yourself a favour and avoid, avoid, avoid! Let me say that again AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Slow and Frustrating
Ordered glasses, almost a month for them to say the frames I selected were out of stock. Felt like a bait and switch. Why advertise inventory you don’t have? Selected alternative frames and it then took ages for them to confirm they had started in the lab. Customer services weren’t very helpful and gave generic answers. Approximately 42 days from order to arrival. Not happy with the product as frames are smaller than expected but haven’t the energy to send back. Previous purchases were fine but won’t order from them again.

I was treated with courtesy and respect. My order was completed quickly and I was kept up to date with its progress. My new glasses arrived on time and are exactly to my prescription. I was impressed with the service and would happily use Perfect Glasses again and will recommend them to my friends.

Great all round service
Excellent, friendly, and personable service from the company when my glasses ‘appeared’ delayed (thanks to Royal Mail strikes). And of course the glasses themselves are exactly what I wanted.
