Horrible, takes ages for them to response to anything. Avoid!!! Said monies been refunded, around August last year, 8 months later - still waiting! Now they do not replying to my emails. I am currently in the process of buying a house. My mortgage advisor recommended this company but I wish they never did. 12 weeks since they got their first payment from me and I am still miles of a completion date. This should have been quick and simple as no chain. Communication is zero unless I email and ask what’s been happening. I have been pushing for a completion date for 5 weeks now but still nothing just excuse after excuse.

We recently sold our house and our buyers used My Law Matters based in Manchester. The process dragged on for months. The company were disorganised, they lost all the paperwork that was sent over to them and requested our solicitors to forward everything again to them on several occasions. We were informed that they could not exchange contracts due to them being evicted from their office so we had to wait a month for this to happen. Not sure why it needed to take so long with everything being electronic and they had been instructed by the buyer to exchange. We provided multiple dates for exchange and completion and they refused to answer the questions and just drag the whole process out. Eventually costing us money due to their prolonged negligence. When the buyers eventually transferred their deposit ready for exchange it took until the 11th hour for them to complete but requested that the cash buyer needed to transfer 100% of the property value, which seems strange as they only need the deposit to exchange. I am writing this review so hopefully other people do not have to experience what we have been through. We were a completely easy chain so should have completed December/ January latest, however this took until now, late March. Not only frustrating for us, but the buyers who were paying them, the estate agent chasing them and our solicitor having to duplicate her workload.
