Our house purchase should have been a straightforward chain free transaction, unfortunately our vendor had not been entirely honest which resulted in numerous hold ups along the way. My Law Matters represented my buyer during my recent flat sale. This was a chain-free transaction with no apparent complications. However, this firm's negligence very almost resulted in the collapse of the sale with exchange and completion happening simultaneously the day before the buyer's mortgage expired. Appeared to do nothing for the first 4 months of the transaction.
