I always comeback to cartlow site becaise of items and product that suits my budget. Additionaly they are very generous to give some discounts if necessary.

Not recommended. Sellers are posting items that they don't have. I placed an order for a laptop and waited for more than 3 weeks, but they didn't deliver it. Later, they asked me to cancel the order and said that they would refund the money. I cannot trust them.

Very bad experience.I purchased a Kenwood oven on 4th May and they delivered on 8th May.The oven was damaged and I requested for return on 15th May.But they took my return on 7th June only. They have clearly mentioned in their return policy that customer can return items within 10 days from the initial delivery of the product.I requested after 7 days.But they are denying for return and give refund money. What will I do for that damaged item.They are saying that they will return back the same damaged item. I request all of you that purchasing items in cartlow is waste of money and time never trust cartlow.Their customer service also very bad.Better to buy from any other online shopping trusting cartlow is regret.

RUN, avoid buying at all costs. If you are reading this I urge you to stop and avoid making the same mistake I did. Please note that customer support is fake, non existent, and if you don’t believe it just try to call yourself and you’ll see no one picks up the phone nor calls back or answers emails. I desperately tried to contact them because I was leaving the country and an order that should’ve arrived in 48h arrived in 1 week and guess what… customer service answered my email 1 MONTH later saying delivery was successful. Absolute joke of a company.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Cartlow.ae that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order on their website, which seemed straightforward enough, and paid by card. However, despite the payment being processed, my order was never delivered. This lack of delivery was frustrating, but what compounded my dissatisfaction was the extremely poor customer care experience.so pls don't waste your time and money with this website edit after the below reply from cartlow ""We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to addressing your concerns. Please reach out to us directly so we can better understand and rectify the issues you've faced" for contacting you directly, you are not answering the calls, and for mail your team is responding after a month,

very worst experience I have ever faced, I have ordered laptop but delivery is still delayed from the expected delivery date and the items have not yet dispatched but I have paid full payment. while contacting customer support they are not attending, and the phone is automatically getting disconnected, I have many times through email and phone but no response, if any one knows about how to contact them, to get my payment please advise

They have the worst service ever!

They have the worst service ever!! Rude drivers and they never come to collect the used devices as per the schedule. Please do not get scammed with this company. They scheduled the pick up 2 times and I waited at home the whole day but their driver never came!!! Poor service
