Dont waste your money on this company.
Really unprofessional company. Listed a nintendo switch lite as Like new - Never used. Upon opening the package, the box was damaged. The switch was missing screws, and it was dirty. Applied for a return a week after opening, but no courier came. This was back in January! Its almost been a month and nobody has contacted me. I sent in an email a couple weeks ago regarding the return, but no representative has even bothered to give me a call or reply to my email. Now, im trying to claim warranty for it because the battery has been acting up, But it's not even letting me claim it. The website tells me that its not claimable. It hasn't been 12 months yet so what happened to my 12 months warranty? I bought things before from them but this is the last time. Completely unacceptable. Customer service is non existant. TLDR; Cartlow does not verify the condition of the product before shipping, Cartlow never sent anyone regarding my return request, and Cartlow isn't letting me claim warranty for something I bought less than 5 months ago.

After encountering a problem with the oven, I promptly initiated a service request on January 22nd, only to be met with a string of delays, miscommunications, and unfulfilled promises.The pickup of the gas cooker finally occurred on February 1st, but the saga continued as I faced a complete lack of clarity regarding the status of the repair. Despite reassurances from Cartlow's support team that the appliance was still under warranty, the inspection team failed to acknowledge this, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays.Throughout this entire process, I have been met with poor communication, minimal accountability, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The prolonged inconvenience and frustration caused by Cartlow's negligence have been nothing short of exasperating.In light of these experiences, I am deeply disappointed in Cartlow's lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. Cartlow is not trust worthy website .Refund and Return is near to impossible.I never purchased expensive item from their but this time all items came with some issues one is completely different item what I purchase other has some missing part and one is not in proper package . Any how website claim to return and refund with in 7 days which is scam and its nearly impossible to get refund .I suggest never buy any expensive items from there like phones ,watches or any home appliances. It is very risky prices are low because the item is not the same what you are ordering . I am requesting for return it’s been more than 15 day still they telling me that we are processing.lost hope now. All the bad reviews here is true they are scamming people with fake and refurbished items.

Worst Experience
I literally had the worst ever experience with any e-commerce platform. They just take ur order & then leave it in the air. Even after contacting them again & again, the support people were clueless & had no solution as where the order is & how long would it take to arrive. Eventually I had to cancel my order after 7 days. In short Cartlow just wasted my whole week chasing them & giving nothing. I will never ever share this again.
