no response from customer care service and refurbished material & fake products

Hello guys do not buy anything from this portal, which sells only counterfeit and fake products, so be careful with your hard-earned money.

Order 1 item then was not delivered on the expected date. I called in and asked what is the maximum they could provide the item because I asked the operator that I need it to be boxed away home. He promised max of two days and still the item is not with me. I asked for a refund and hopefully this won't take time. But I will not suggest anyone to use the app. What a bad experience.

A fraud used the website and bought stuff. Called the website to stop the transaction and cancel the order as other websites did. However They ignored and delivered the items to the thief

I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company. They list items that are sold out and still accept and deduct your card. You then get to wait, no communication, unfriendly customer service agents and no feedback whatsoever.

Worst experience ever, Orderd an electric cooking range but instead they delivered gas cooking range. Now 3 days I am chasing them to replace and deliver the correct item but finally ended up cancelling as their was no communication from Cartlow about the replacement.

incredibly bad service. first of all, their numbers on the email did not work , you had to go find the correct number elsewhere. second a phone was sent to with with a trade in offer from samsung, phone was in perfect condition, and the only grade it could've gotten was 1 for around 500 or 2 for around 400. they deemed the device defective and told me they'll give me 50 only. when reached out to ask why. they claimed the device was opened and the screen was broken (it was never opened) now i gotta wait for them to reach out and give me the device back, which i hope its in the same condition where i received it with the box and original case and everything

Despite charging it fully, the battery drains within a few hours of moderate usage. This renders the device practically useless for anyone who relies on their phone throughout the day. Additionally, the performance of the device is subpar. Apps frequently crash, and there is noticeable lag when navigating through menus or switching between applications. It's as if the device can't handle basic tasks without experiencing significant slowdowns. Furthermore, the build quality leaves much to be desired. The phone feels cheap and flimsy, and I worry that it won't withstand even minor drops or impacts. The screen is prone to scratching easily, despite claims of using durable materials. On top of all this, the customer support experience was just as disappointing. When I reached out for assistance with my issues, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives.
