3-5 business days is a Lie

I heard a lot of great things about this website... but last monday my phone broke and i had to get a new phone asap because of work and many information i need to check on my phone... the website stated it needs 3-5 business days... but little did i know it has been 6 days and it was supposed to arrive today, THE PHONE IS STILL PROCESSING!!! worst exp ever (I emailed them but they did not respond till now)

Here’s a suggested review for your situation: “Disappointed with the Service” I had a very bad experience with Cartlow. The order process is extremely delayed, and every time I call customer service, they give silly excuses instead of resolving the issue. The lack of professionalism and commitment is frustrating. I strongly advise against ordering from this app. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this platform! Let me know if you want to tweak this further!

I was selling here a couple of old…

I was selling here a couple of old iphone which I found at home and the process smooth, nothing to pick on, to be honest. Like, it's easy like 123, nothing difficult, you just calculate everything, get a grade from experts and then receive payback after having your devices recycled or what they are doing with them, idk. It's a straightforward procedure and I am glad that I found them. Of course I could give these iphones away because they aren't old at all, but I highly doubt i would be granted more money.

Returned a laptop after it was over…

Returned a laptop after it was over heating and battery would not hold charge. Once the laptop was collected by Cartlow I got not update. For two weeks I was unable to get through to their customer service leaving voice mails with not return calls. Once I finally got hold of an agent, he informed me that it was repaired and will be delivered within two days. That was a week ago and I've just been informed that they haven't even started the repair. Cartlow haven't contacted me once, if I hadn't called them, I still would have no idea what's happening. Terrible experience!

I am writing to express my frustration…

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the significant delays in the shipping of my recent orders for six phones Orders: #3391879 #3391103 I placed these orders on 7th of December 2024 and 8th of December, and I was initially informed that the estimated delivery would be within the 13th of December and the 14th of December. However, as of today, I received only TWO phones out of SIX and I haven't yet received any updates or tracking information regarding the shipment of the order devices .This lack of communication and the extended delay have caused considerable inconvenience, as I was relying on these phones for traveling purposes. In addition to this, your contact number is always busy and always putting me through an automated system. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I would appreciate a prompt update on the status of my orders. If there are any issues that need to be addressed, I would like to discuss possible resolutions to expedite the shipping process.

One of the worst experiences ever…

One of the worst experiences ever buying a product from Cartlow. An item was missing in the box which a return was placed - now they are demanding 25% less the actual refund price as they are stating I lost the item - Customer call centre is in Egypt and there is no way to contact anyone in their Dubai warehouse - DED Consumer Rights Complaint has been raised

Very bad service, don't buying from cartlow.

Because, I ordered ipad pencil in cartlow, iam received that delivery almost exact time. But that item not working. That the same day I placed return that item through cartlow app.but after there nothing to show any return process. And I am too many time I mailed to cartlow. No response from cartlow. Threre is no technical issues or anything , because I get other notifications from Cartlow about offers. But iam not get any response regarding my order. Iam very disappointed. I am thinking I will complaint against cartlow legally, because I have all proofs. Because this is cheating.

The laptop does work!!!

The laptop was not working, and the electrical socket is not for the UAE. Besides, I contacted the Customer Service that have not even read my messages. My first experience with Cartlow was fine, but my second was very negative. I do not recommend buying from Cartlow.
