After purchasing a bikini, I noticed four very small holes in the bottoms which is only noticeable while the item is being worn, after contacting customer services I was assured that this was a extremely rare fault and does not meet their high standards. My issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently by customer care team, Ruby, who has arranged a replacement bikini. Happy customer.

I was gifted a gorgeous swimsuit last Christmas, and didn't even wear it until the following summer! Two trips away (less than 8 wears), and after carefully following the care instructions provided - the elastic in the swimsuit has degraded substantially. I'm so disappointed that this has happened, as I expected a product from Hunza G to be of higher quality and durability. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, goods are required to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. I believe that the premature deterioration of the elastic in my swimsuit indicates that it does not meet these standards. I first emailed Harrods, who said to bring it in, so travelled all the way into London just for the customer service to take it to 'the brand' and refuse the item as it is over 14 days old. The Hunza G website states a 12 month warranty, which this is within. I had high hopes for my Hunza G swimsuit, and it was a special gift from my partner, so I am gutted it has not lasted and literally cost like £20 per wear!

I purchased a Hunza G Maria square-neck swimsuit, and although at the beginning it looked really nice, similar to other reviewers after wearing it on just a couple of holidays, I’ve noticed that the fabric has started to disintegrate and go see-through in certain areas. Given Hunza G’s reputation for high-quality swimwear, I am quite surprised and concerned about this. I had anticipated the swimsuit would last much longer and maintain its appearance, especially given the price point. None of my other swimsuits have had this issue, despite being far cheaper.

Mon maillot à complètement déteint suite à une baignade en piscine chlorée. Pour un maillot à plus de 200€ je trouve ça vraiment inadmissible. Surtout que les personnes avec qui j’étais avaient des maillots genre H&M, Asos, Princess Tam Tam, bien moins chers donc, et eux leurs maillots sont impeccables!! Je ne comprends pas comment une marque comme Hunza G peut proposer des maillots qui peuvent se détériorer aussi rapidement. J’ai demandé un remboursement ou un échange sur le site de Net A Porter (la ou j’avais passé commande) et j’ai eu un refus…

I have always loved Hunza G swimuits. They have been my go to swimwear because they are flattering and (I thought) great quality. However, the elasticity of two of my swimsuits has gone completely, making see through and unsupportive - they are unwearable. My friend said she has had the very same experience with the elastic going in the boob and bum area. Net-a-Porter refused to refund, saying it was classified as "wear and tear". The brand's strap line is "...made for all that life brings". I would expect them to last longer than 3 or 4 leisurely holidays. Really disappointed at not only the quality, but the awful customer support - these are very expensive swimsuits and I feel extremely disappointed.

Exceptional customer service and swimwear. Last a lifetime. Have a few colours- they wash and wear well, suitable for every body and shape. Had a small issue that an independent merchant refused to help with, not bought directly from the company. The Hunza team kindly sent out a replacement in an act of goodwill. So appreciated.

When a rare fault was discovered with the swimsuit I purchased I was able to get the help of a fantastic customer support agent, Sharna, who was understanding and able to get a replacement arranged. Really appreciated speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about rather than a bot.
