I bought quite a few pairs of Hunza swimsuits, four to be exact.. only having worn two out of the four to find that one (black) suit has lost its elasticity and has patches of see through fabric everywhere, I’m scared to wear it in the pool as it’s already see through without water … what will happen when soaked. Another in peach has changed to an odd murky colour ( I’ve put it side by side with another peach hunza I own and have never worn) … I’ve read the care instructions and was always so careful with the garments given the cost. I now am scared to wear the other suits purchased. At the cost per swimsuit I’m shocked at the quality and how they don’t last, this is unacceptable for the price point… it seems a lot of people are having the same problem :(

Great communication, fast response and overall amazing outcome. My swimsuit arrived with a slight pull that was unseen from someone packing it and wasn’t until it was on someone’s body, that it was noticeable. They assured me that it wasn’t a common occurrence they had but that they were happy to replace and also send with fast post as I was leaving the country very soon. Pleasant experience with their customer service team! Can’t wait for the swimsuit to arrive and be able to wear it 🥰

Following encountering an issue with a garment I contacted customer service. I received a prompt, professional and satisfactory response.

I bought two swimsuits which have both being worn on 2 holidays this year not everyday as I alternate my swimwear so maybe a maximum of 10 times each. I was aware of care instructions when I purchased and have been so careful to look after them correctly. The olive green one has developed patches where the elastic has degraded and the colour of the neon pink one has run. Both are now unwearable which is really disappointing. I was hoping that by investing this kind of money I would have swimsuits that would last a few years at least. My £6 Primark purchase has lasted longer.

I recently bought my first Hunza for a holiday and ended up buying more by the end of summer! I've always had issues finding one pieces that fit as I have a longer torso so found that the one sized design of the product worked amazingly for me! Each style feels really luxe and comfortable. Have recommended to all my friends and will buy again!
