All stages of the process were fast and without hitch. Under floor insulation was tricky to get in but the guys were great, and the boiler was done by mid afternoon. And this was in a 150 year old house so lots of potential to go wrong! Overall a very smooth process, would recommend.

Great service from this company from start to finish. Very efficient and all contact with the company was excellent. No complaints at all. Great to have a shiny new boiler that you can rely on. My only slight concern that I was not able, and still not able, to work the stand alone thermostat. It is a bit complex for my non-technical brain !

Had underfloor insulation and new boiler fitted .We we’re recommended by a friend who had it done and we are delighted with ours .We were eligible for the work to be done at no cost to ourselves. A big thank you to all staff and the workers who did a brilliant job carrying out the installation of both insulation and boiler . They had time consuming work to do and cleaned up as they went along , putting everything back as it was . Would highly recommend this company.

Great from survey to underfloor insulation and boiler fit just days over a month couldn't believe it was so quick. The insulation guys have a horrid job so guys a big thanks. Gas engineer Mark ex soldier really nice big guy clean tidy worker pleasure to have working in your home thanks Mark. So have a little consideration for the tough job the guys have and make the areas they are working in as accessible as possible they do appreciate it . Can't fault my experience from start to finish.

Told the whole installation was free. No one ever tried to sell me anything. Totally amazed there were no charges what so ever! The workmen turned up on time were pleasant and did a good. I would highly recommend this company.

Didn't expect to qualify for the free insulation and boiler but did. Got underfloor insulation and hats off to the guys who done this as was no mean feat. Boiler installation team were also excellent. All workmen were on time, polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company. 👌

New boiler fitted no mess very tidy left no mess as well as the boys who done the underfloor insulation can’t fault them so well done. Very happy.
