Order was not shipped for 1+ week and then checking on the site it is marked as cancelled with no email notification and no processed refund 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I feel that it is poor customer service to only offer your UK customers free shipping for a TruePilot review as I have as a US customer received free shipping for my TruePilot review in the past. When your customer provides a positive review, it drives new customers to your website & your company should offer at least free shipping as you have in the past.

Goods were received quickly! Their website easy to navigate and place orders and product’s genuine.

I’ve been regular customer for this Company and recommended it for it’s genuine product and satisfying customer service. Will continue to buy products here

i ordered my item on 10-12-22 and it was dispatched to royal mail on 12-12-22 its been 15 days today my order is still on pending status. its not delivered yet . I'm from pakistan and im so worried to order from u outside of country.
