2 weeks ago NEW I feel these products are fake …ordered profhilio and apart from making my under eye puffy and crepey I’ve had no results ..I’ve had profhilio before and it worked almost immediately …my under eyes are very puffy and it’s been 2 weeks since my second treatment with little improvement ..products are fake in my opinion

We order from this company for almost a year, everything is ok till the order has a problem then we found this company doesn't do any customer service at all. they sent the quantities less than we paid but they tried their best to not send the missing item or give us the money back. so we will delete our account with them and stop buying from them. customer service is a key for us to measure a company if you can trust or rely on indeed. by the way, they also have hidden insurance fee charges for each order so be careful before you make any payment, you need to check the checkout page to untick the insurance fee which the system default ticked it. otherwise, you will be tricked to pay without notification. Bad experience and avoid buying from them.
