Worst experience ever!! I had to pay extra 30 euros to customs in order to receive my parcel from the post office! No one had informed me about this! COMPLETELY DISASTER since I am living in Europe.. shouldn’t have make this order through UK site since they’re also a French one!!!! NO ONE EVER MENTIONED ABOUT CUSTOM FEES!!!!!!! T R A G I C ! ! !

Place order and pay full amount to qualify for Black Friday discount, due to UK banking decline of card had to to manual invoice next day, then have paid the full Invoice amount, without discount , just to learn that J have to pay Reliable banking fee aswell, had to pay then £6, however this was less than discount, BUT my additional banking cost for this £6, was an additional £13🤬
