I paid for the next day delivery, but it did not arrive on time.

I made my purchase with Just Racket after finding out that they had the best price for the racket I was looking for. However, I was sent the wrong racket (wrong color). They replied to my email within 24 hours, and sent me a free return label. They shipped again the correct racket restringed with a couple of tennis balls tubes as gift. Good price, logistic issue but good customer service, would buy again.

Easy to order and arrived in good time. Would have expected a cover to come as part of package which was the only disappointment.

Incorrect racket supplied, although did quickly offer a refund and return of racket. However, an alternative supplier had sold out by the time this had all happened.
