Great service and helpful support when I called in to make an enquiry. Goods turned up as scheduled and were packed well though I haven't yet opened the box to inspect the contents.

Unfortunately, it seems that orders from the UK are no longer advantageous. In addition to the long wait times, I was also forced to pay extra for customs fees.

This was the first time I've bought a racket from Just Rackets, but I'd definitely use them again. I called Gary in the tennis shop, at Letchworth where they are based. He was very helpful and confirmed the Head MP Speed L was in stock and with the free string upgrade it would take 3 to 5 days. It actually arrived in Leeds, via Royal Mail 2 days later. Cannot fault the service. Thanks
