I just got started and have found that the boxes look good and the stock photos are miss leading. And the workers are very rude at times.

I will never bid on another auction nation item again. Their staff purposely bids up on items close to the end of the bid cycle. I watched the auction attendant do this on his computer while auctions were happening. This drives up the prices of items with FAKE bids. I showed up to pick up my things well before the end of the pickup. I was offered to purchase items that had already been sold online. How can you sell me something that has already been won and paid for? That’s because they drive up the bids with FAKE bids. This has happened to me at both of the auctions I have been too. This business plays their customers for id**ts, the unethical business practice that auction nations shows is outrageous. This is not an auction, this is a play to get more money out of you. Also be on the lookout for incorrect listings.

People...just a request from my side...please buy more vehicles from them as they clearly need the money to get new telephone lines as theirs is clearly not working....

Friendly workers. Not the quickest and I usually dread picking up my items because of the wait time but the latest changes to this process have made it more bearable. Almost always pieces missing from items. No matter how well I check beforehand, I still find more issues once home. When your buying multiple items, it’s difficult to go through them with a fine tooth comb at pickup. I bought $4k worth of gold & 3 cars in the past and will never do it again due to issues that weren’t disclosed, workers damages in front of me & lack of care for rectifying them. Sticking to small home goods only!

Bidding was easy and pick up was easier. Really got a great item for a little money
