The product was exactly as expected via the photos and description. Within 2 minutes the staff delivered the product to mr for my approval and signature. The transaction was soooo smoth. No surprises or disappointments. I'll be back!

You can get great bargains, but on the flipside, you will also get broken items (about 20% in my experience).

The item that I bid on was not complete…

The item that I bid on was not complete and I only got part of what I had purchased. And I paid almost $300.00 for something that I can’t even use. When I contacted the office asking if they could possibly see if the rest of the item was there I got a response that they would check but nothing further.

Myrtle needs help

Most of the locations are very nice and quick. The Myrtle location is the worst. They are nice but they take forever to get the items. I've been there many times and it's the same every time. Sometimes it takes over an hour. Customers are always frustrated. They really need to be shown a more proactive system for pick ups. Also, you guys are getting less traffic because of nellis their customer service for pickups and returns is far superior. I'd start taking notes if it were me. Why would you not attempt to start pulling invoices after the auction ends knowing you have two days for pick ups? Get ahead of the game I know sometimes people won't show but overall they are coming and you know it. Why would you wait until they arrive to start pulling the order? Be proactive get ahead of the day get those orders ready to go. Then when the customer showed up it would be minimum time.
