The last purchase had the wrong contents in it. The box was for the item, but I didn't catch it until I got home. I placed a call to auction number provided and never got a return call. Very dissapointing.

I've had an account with Auction Nation for several months but I am closing my account today. I have found a few things that were good deals buy 80% of the stuff I've won at auction is garbage, literally. And getting a refund for the garbage they auction off that doesn't work or is missing to many parts to be fixed or used in any way is more hassle than it is worth, if you can even get them to refund your money at all.

The website is very user friendly and they offer great customer service!

I love this site you can get great stuff for so cheap as long as you keep your wits about you as you bid and remember to ask about the item and see a preview so you know exactly what you're bidding on

Every time I buy something, it is broken, missing parts, non functional or damaged. Every. Time.

After I won the bid, I asked how much was shipping and was told $89. I said great, looked at my bank account because it was overdrawn and saw a charge for $325. I spoke to a rep and was refunded $245. I also gave an address where I wanted the bikes delivered and the response was ok. The bikes was delivered to my billing address so I had to borrow a vehicle, take time off work to deliver it where it was suppose to go. This was way too much of a pain to do again.

We are very pleased with the results.

I now have to retain an sttorney to ge back 2k+. Auction Nation cancelled sale, no product and no efund.
