New to auctions, and this was a great easy interface. Everything was intuitive on bidding, there were no surprises, easy to sign up.

Item listed with power strip attached to table which I won. However, there is no power strip. Table was more important but a partial refund would have been expected.

Very straight forward process. The man managing the receiving of bids went over and above helping the other auctioneers that appeared that were having questions with thier items.

at the pick up of the merchandise, the people in Glendale favorite some customers, so they don't respect the line. I was there to pick up 2 items and I wait about 50 minutes and people who come after me {they pick up more then 30 items} and they left before me. Some customers they go inside with some employees no matter if the sign said EMPLOY ONLY.

We had an issue with the transport service. You helped us with proof of condition of vehicle. I appreciate it so much The same vehicle had transmission issue as well. Documentation shows it drove. When we received it, it didn’t.

The auction website, bidding process, and details are excellent. So why the 3 stars? Communication on shipping isn't great. I emailed twice and finally heard back but have not heard when I will receive my product. I was just told I would be charged and they will send it. Seems sketchy. I think I will do direct pick up if I bid again. I am a bit frustrated with the AFTER process.

This was my first time and I will be doing this again it was easy and everyone especially the ones behind the front desk. She was very polite and friendly.

Bar stools I had won were the main reason to bid on anything. My wife and I both took off work to go for the pickup, and when we got there the stools were gone. We did get it deducted from our bill, and we will have to see if it came off the credit card.
