I was waiting for a Q10 coin Q3 I was waiting for three months, but I was not sure the product was canceled, but I was always assured that it will be in stock for two or three weeks. I asked for a refund, PayPal sent a new address, because I did not use the old one anymore, they sent me money, of course, to my old PayPal. So I have neither product nor money.

Ottima azienda, compro da loro da 12 anni e anche quando c'è stato qualche problema hanno subito provveduto a rimediare. I tempi di spedizione sono un po lunghi (dai 10 ai 20 gg) ma è comprensibile. Purtroppo è da Agosto 2017 che la dogana e il servizio sanitario di Milano mi ha respinto la merce. Ho provato a fare un secondo ordine, stesso risultato, almeno ad oggi ho ricevuto i moduli da compilare e rispedire ma suppongo che non potrò avere la mia merce. Confido solo nel fatto che Puritans mi risarcisca il mancato recapito come ha fatto x l'ordine di Agosto. Ovviamente non comprerò + dall'america. PS: Le vitamine e gli aminoacidi fatti analizzare in laboratorio contenevano esattamente il dichiarato!! Numero 1!

Very, very disappointed! They corrupted my database!

They "upgraded" their website and corrupt many peoples database including mine. Yes, this can happen and it was no big deal when they shipped my package to an undeliverable address. I waited about 10 days and heard from them, they were to reship. I corrected my shipping information in my account information. It was confirmed in an email from their "support" department. Like I said no big deal. I waited an additional 8 days and got a bad report on the tracking number with UPS. The tracking of the package was again under "exception" and not to be delivered. I immediately contacted UPS and asked them to hold the package of which I picked up the next day. I I reported the issue to their customer support with a promise of an answer with in 48 hours. There has been no answer in over 9 days! I understand catastrophes can happen to any business but to deny a faithful customer any reply at all is nonsense. Why have customer service if they are only getting paid to read messages? Very, very disappointed! I waited an additional 8 days for my replacement - TOTAL of almost 1 month waiting for what I could have bought at Walmart. Do I need the hassle?

Shame on you, Puritan's Pride!

I am a long-time customer of Puritan's Pride, but in the last year, they have gone down the tubes!!! My most frequently ordered items are always "out of stock", yet oddly enough I can find them for much higher prices on Amazon.com. I guess they feel they can make more money selling them through Amazon, then on their own website with their promotions.***I attempted to post this same review on Amazon.com, but this was their response: Thanks for submitting a customer review on Amazon. Your review could not be posted to the website in its current form. While we appreciate your time and comments, reviews must adhere to the guidelines.*** I suppose they don't want everyone to know about this!

I've been getting my vitamins from this company for years! Wouldn't change. Prices are always good, deliveries come faster than expected, quality is fine, and they have great sales. I've even bought pet vitamins from them. And, I've started buying my essential oils there also. Have always been pleased with the service.

Products delivered quickly and at a good price. Smell of herbs seems fresh. Cannot prove they are what they claim but everyone I talk to feels they work for them.

Three of the nine products I ordered …

Three of the nine products I ordered were out of stock. They didn't contact me, or I would have said wait until they are in stock- no hurry. They issued a "refund" instead. However, they pulled numbers out of the sky to refund! WAAAYYYY lower than I paid. I'm an accountant and took in to account the shipping/ discount and have no idea how they came up with such a low number. When I asked about the math on how they got the refund amount they did- all of a sudden I don't hear anything back. Broken calculator syndrome or randomly not shipping certain items and refunding half of their cost hoping you don't notice to pad their bottom line? HORRIBLE!

Going on 3 months and still have not received order

Placed order and paid for supposedly available product. It has been 10 weeks and the product finally became available. Called Puritan and representative told me it was to be shipped by 2nd day air. Puritan sent me a USP tracking number and the product was delivered to somebody else. Called and found out they emailed me the wrong tracking number and that they did not send it by 2nd day air but by UPS ground. It has been a week since I was told that they would ship it 2nd day and I still have not received what I order and paid for close to 3 months ago.
