Bad service..... Was told my package was gonna be delivers on 5-12-17...call and was told it was not coming till the 18th... Unacceptable... I could've ordered this package from some place else... This is bad service.... Please don't order from this place and expect to receive your order on time.... NOT HAPPENING.... BAD SERVICE.... UNACCEPTABLE....

For the second time I have been waiting for a delivery for many weeks. I ordered similar items from another supplier and they were delivered within a week. My delivery address is a secure address so the goods cannot be tampered with or be misdirected. Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a ton of supplements from Puritans Pride thinking this is going to save me a lot of money! I like their products and feel like they are more natural and safe. So I ordered $326.70 of supplements. Thinking I was going to get 5 bottles of each supplement for the price of 2. Well, I only received 3 bottles of each supplement! What gives, did I misunderstand? I bought some vitamins three weeks ago but Puritan have not deliver vitamins to me. My number order is 358669245. I checked my order on Puritan but not find out.

Do away with the "pretend deals". Shouldn't have to buy 5 bottles to get a deal. Such a waste of bottles, time, labels, and so on.

First time 15 yrs. I complain. the Beeswax lip balm is hard to open, not the top but bottom ,can't turn I to make it come up ,besides, the one I did get opened was very dry balm. I got 5 of them. can I return them for exchange? last one I got was in a black case ,don't know # ............can you help?

I have been buying Puritan's Pride for awhile and am very pleased with all the products and price. I have Parkinson's, and have some swallowing problems. I had asked this question before, but it's been awhile, so not sure my question was addressed. I am also low on my copper, and my Dr. suggested taking copper. I did get your copper and the pills are very hard to swallow. Is it possible to get them coated? If not, I am afraid that I can no longer order them from you. I will have to get them else where. I don't want to have to do that, but I won't have a choice. Any suggestions for me, what else to do? Thank you, hope to hear an answer.

I'm not buying from them anymore. When I ordered a bottle of curcumin, they shipped me (and charged for) several bottles of curcumin and turmeric. I don't trust their business practices. The worst thing, I wanted to speak with one of their quality people (do they really have any?) but only got customer service. Never allowed to speak with a qualified person. My question - how does Puritan's test for lead and ochratoxin in their products? They set up some case number and promised they would respond to my "case" and never, ever did. Even after I tried one more time to get this important info. FORGET THESE PEOPLE, SOMETHING DOESN'T SMELL RIGHT.
