What made the experience? My advisor, Andreia Nobrega, made the experience (of selling my first property) altogether quite pleasurable. Super friendly and courteous, she didn't engage with me on anything minor (I guess the Cavendish legal App took care of most of the mundane stuff). She answered all my daft queries promptly (typically within the day of the query). And has loads of conveyancing nous/experience, such that a buyers' query was dealt with per her advice quickly and I believe cost-efficiently.
