Highly not recommended as we bought our house for two years and they not reply and even block our email when we asking about the duly signed documents. They wont follow up and not give those required documents to us. Horrible! Even we try to contact by general query and email. All are no reply. If dont want to lost all your documents, should avoid this.

We were moving house and had little experience or knowledge of the process. After receiving an offer for our flat our estate agent suggested Cavendish as one of three recommendations for solicitors. We went with them, not knowing much about them, and they were very professional and quick with our process. When we found a house to buy we ended up using them as well. They suggested they could meet a deadline for completion that we had, which they duly did, and the only hold ups were from other parties in the chain. Hardip and Connie were dealing with our sale and purchase and they were brilliant to have helping us and great to deal with. We had a tricky buyer - making unwarranted demands - but Hardip knew how to deal with every situation that came up. Hardip is very experienced, knowing the law and the industry inside out. She also has a calm and reassuring manner. All of which were excellent to have when things got stressful. We didn't know what to expect when we hired Cavendish but they were incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
