Finding a responsive conveyancing solicitor with a reasonable charging structure isn't easy these days. Most are juggling too many transactions so you may feel neglected at the various key stages. We sold & bought via Cavendish recently & I have found Karishma & her team (Charlotte & Georgie) to be responsive, diligent, friendly with highly competitive rates. Conveyancing can be a convoluted & frustrating process but I wouldn't hesitate to use Karishma again myself. Cavendish wasn't local to us but I didn't find that to be an issue at all.
