If there was such a thing as an incompetency rating they would score a well-deserved 5*+. One of their legal "Experts" wrote a Will for a very close relative and it contained an error which didn't come to light until their passing when it was sent to the Probate Office. When asked about this error we were met with a lack of willingness to take any responsibility for said error and in the case of one employee even total denial that there was in fact an error at all! (Obviously their legal studies didn't include learning to count from 1 to 9). This situation caused unnecessary and stressful delays in the grant of probate. None of this hepled in dealing with our loss. Any attempts made to to resolve the matter were unprofessional and feeble at best. According to the SRA website this firm is closing. What a relief to think that such incompetence will be permanently departing the legal field".
