The professionalism from Jessica and Delilah was incredible. They remained calm throughout the whole process and had the time to explain everything! My only comment for improvement would be contact via the phone could be better, but I feel this is more a work load issue than the service actually provided. I definitely recommend you!

Everything ran so smoothly.

The solicitor, Emma, demonstrated great efficiency towards the end of the flat exchange. However, there was a bit of frustration during the process, possibly due to delays in receiving the draft contract from the seller's solicitor. At times, it seemed like we were handling tasks that should have been part of her responsibilities. Overall, the experience was okay, and we appreciate Emma's efficiency in the final stages.
