They neglected to register me on the title registry when I hired them to do conveyancing during the purchase of my house. I discovered this when my I tried to sell my house, but now cannot until they finish the simple work I paid them for 6 years ago. I have lost a buyer and have been in limbo for over a month as they continue to string me along with little to no communication or progress, I must chase them constantly.

Buying / selling a house is traditionally one of the most stressful things one can undertake. I found this to be reasonably stress-free, as Andreia and Clare did a superb job of keeping things moving, even in the face of occasional sluggishness on the part of the other people. They were also excellent at keeping me in the loop on progress. Would highly recommend them.

They understood the complexities of staircasing and understood the brief, also didn't try to increase costs for new clauses that are irrelevant to my situation. It was great to have an actual person to speak too and NOT have to do everything though a digital app, which can be most tiresome at times.
