Wasted 45 days chasing them for an offer.Since seller is recommended Cavendish. But never had any offer from Cavendish after multiple chases. Looks like they got too much business and hardly bothered to respond to customers. I could figure it out in the early stage which was good for me.

Bought a new build flat with them few years ago, just to find out myself only now that they didn't activate the warranty! Now that I'm in trouble. Also they forgot to remove previous owner from the land title! Poor communication too during the whole process All fairly unacceptable from a Solicitor legal group.
