Ansuya Tailor who dealt with the sale of my Aunt's house for probate purposes was always very professional, helpful and kept me informed of progress at every stage of the transaction. She always replied promptly if I had a query and communicated with me in a clear and polite fashion.

It's the worst experience I have ever had with lawyers. My wife and I (joint-buyer) were introduced to Cavendish Legal in 2019 by a well known UK property developer. We purchased 2 properties off plan. In between then and completion date in December last year was a nightmare. Cavendish changed our case manager 4 times and in between them they lost out files and even evidence of deposits towards the property. We finally completed in Jan 2023, and they have still not registered properties with HM Land registry. Not even an application reference is available. Also note that we the clients where the ones that had to chase the developers to provide lease agreements for this process. Cavendish Legal did absolutely nothing until we mentioned it. Case manager doesn't response to calls or emails anymore. Another frustrating thing is that from Sept 2019 till today 10th May 2023, there's no one to escalate problems to like a senior manager. We only have one case manager who just randomly goes unavailable for a long while with no communication. We are being held to ransom by Cavendish Legal and their inefficiency and level of unprofessionalism has cost us money. It seems as though this company takes on more than it can manage and thus their lawyers are overwhelmed by workload, or maybe its just my luck. Just called the switch board today and a nasty rude "lady" hung up on me when I tried explaining the challenges I was having over several weeks with case manager. I wouldn't recommend Cavendish Legal to my worst enemy. I deliberately left out names in this review but maybe mentioning at a later date.

We used Cavendish (Hardip Basra) during the purchase of our flat in London. We found them to be quick, helpful and thorough. They also have an app which allows you to follow the process. We would really recommend!

All great so far, they reply very quick and very informative, very friendly as well!

Overall experience was very good. Overall process was very quick and simplified by Mr. Ganesh Menon and he was always available to response. I never had to chase for anything and that was really amazing. In short service was excellent.
