As a first-time buyer, I listened to recommendations. I was connected with Krystee Walker to start with, she send me over a quote the same day with a no completion no legal fee. My cost for them working on a 2 bed maisonette in South West London was around £2k but I'm sure each case will be different depending on your property. The day to day work was done with Chitra Jeebodhun who was amazing throughout the entire process. She was very efficient and through and helpful and supportive where I had questions and didn't understand the legal jargon going on between the emails. The company have an app where your process is tracked like a deliveroo delivery from signing documents > completion, which made it so easy to see what the process actually was and where we were in it and it's very satisfying seeing the steps get ticked off and you get the notification that you've move forward a step in the process. Overall, I was very happy with the service from Cavendish Legal and would recommend them to others buying a property.

Truly a fantastic service. Andreia and the team took care of us from start to finish. We’re FTBs and had already had a difficult time with our former solicitors so before Andreia stepped in, we were worried about losing the sale. Fortunately she and her team did everything swiftly and got us over the line in time for Christmas. The use of their app made every step extremely transparent and easy to follow. It was really great doing business with you the second time. I am veryhappy with the service I received and ultimately, that everything was completed at the time frame. I was able to speak to the solicitor and my questions answered. Though it was difficult sometimes to contact the person you want to speak to and calls not returned. However, if you call their main line they will get the person to call you back. It will be good to activate a voicemail so that messages could be left and calls missed returned back.

Ganesh was absolutely incredible in coming back to me very quickly with any queries I had. The follow up phone calls were also much appreciated and I always felt like I could contact him whenever I needed with any questions/updates. I cannot thank him and Cavendish enough for the amazing and professional work completed throughout my purchase. This made it a very smooth, enjoyable and stress free process for myself as a first time buyer. I will definitely be recommending Cavendish & Ganesh to others and hope to use them again in my next purchase!
