Had a tall shower perching stool delivered. Well packed, but when all packaging & protective foam removed thefe was a TINY blemish (pin prick?) on the waterproof seat & it was not possible to tell if this might affect the cushioning beneath the cover. Reported as soon as unpacked & the response was immediate, a replacement sent & delivered in a couple of days. Can't fault.Will highly recommend this company.
