Good, if you are fortunate to get a call back
Positive comment- took time to give me the best quote. Hence the rating. Negative - I have been a client for more years than I can remember, with a number of policies. In the last month, it is very difficult and frustrating to speak to anyone. Every time I have to leave a message with a request for a call back. This doesn’t always happen. When it does, it’s not always convenient. Eg in a meeting, driving when I don’t have my files with me. One could always get through and speak to an advisor. Why the change? It’s been so irritating I’m seriously thinking about as a landlord transferring to another insurance company. JC Dorset.

I've given 5 stars for the process of organising and purchasing insurance as I haven't got any experience of actually claiming on this policy. I spoke to someone on the phone who took me through the purchase according to my needs. I prefer to speak to a real person and I felt he gave excellent customer service. I was then able to purchase the policy with the click of a button on a link when I actually needed it.
Attempt to get me to pay for uninsured period
I had a period of uninsured liability due to a lapsed policy (17 days) when I went to renew the operative wanted to backdate the policy by 17 days, in effect trying to get me to pay for cover I never had. Apparently this would avoid a gap in cover - bo!!ocks. I insisted I get cover starting from when I paid the premium - painful but got there in the end. It leaves a bitter taste though!!
